My Brussels meadow adventure for Julie and Tom's couple photoshoot started at Julie's grandparents house somewhere near Brussels. We went on a little hiking adventure in the surrounding nature and took some cute pictures that turned out very Pride & Prejudice.

This was my very first couple photoshoot after the Covid-19 period. I was so excited to pick up my camera again and go outside and have some fun & playing around with couples in love.

I will never take this job for granted. There is something so special seeing couples lovingly interact with each other. Completely at ease with each other. Acting all natural. Not a care in the world. Letting me in all. the. way. It’s so beautiful seeing them being vulnerable towards me so I can capture them how they really are. I can’t describe what it means to me. I can only say that I think it is pure magic and it’s the reason why I love this job so much - to witness something as pure as the love between two people who found each other on this planet. What are the chances with 7 billion people walking this earth. And still - the found: the one.
