I’m more than just your photographer.

I’m your biggest supporter, planning buddy and storyteller all-in-one. I’ll listen to your story and together we’ll craft your day. Why? Because I want to make this as stress free as possible for you, so you can focus on the fun things & each other. I’ll assist you in looking for locations and vendors, I’ll help you craft an epic wedding timeline & I’ll advice you what to pack for your elopement or intimate wedding.

And when your special day comes I’ll be there to capture it while it all naturally unfolds. As a friend, because that’s what we’ll be by that point.

What does it mean being your wedding photographer & your planning buddy?

To a lot of people eloping, or even an intimate wedding, is a fairly new concept and most of you don’t even know how to start planning one. So, I’m here to help you every step of the way and to guide you towards your dream wedding without any stress.

Being your planning buddy doesn’t mean I’m a wedding planner. I’ll be there to inspire you, brainstorm with you and research with you to create the wedding of your dreams, but I won’t *book* anything.

Location suggestions

After we got to know each other a bit more, I’ll give you a list of location ideas for your elopement or intimate wedding from which I think they’ll be ‘your kinda thing’.

Costumized timeline

Once we picked out your wedding location, I’ll help you build your timeline aka the awesome things you will be doing on your special day. I promise we will make it a day full of stoke that you’ll remember forever.

Vendor recommendations

When we figured out what you want to do on your wedding day – I’ll give you some recommendations of vendors that can make your day even more epic. All you have to do is pick the one that you are most excited about!

elopement

An elopement is a ‘just us’ wedding where you celebrate your love for each other somewhere on a beautiful location in nature doing all the things you love. A few guests can join in on the celebrations. Either during the day or just for dinner, which is what mostly happens.

intimate wedding

An intimate wedding is like an elopement, but with all your closest friends and family present. You can venture off at sunrise or sunset to spend a few hours by yourselves and then celebrating the rest of your day with your favorite people. So, with an intimate wedding you’ll spend less time alone then during an elopement. (10-30 guests)

I won’t show up on your wedding day like a total rando with a camera.

By the time your wedding day arrives, we will be friends. We’ll have chatted on the phone, got to know each other, shared stories, planned your day together, hyped each other up, daydreamed together. So, trust me when I say that you’ll be comfortable from the get go. I pinky promise.

I want you to know I put your experience above taking amazing pictures. Your intimate wedding is not a day long photo shoot. That’s not how I see it. I just want you to have the most fantastic day filled with lots of love, fun & tender moments. I just happen to tag along and capture it how it all naturally unfolds.

Let’s talk about your dream wedding

Firstly, fill in my contact form & tell me a bit about yourselves and the day you envision. Then, we’ll hop on a phone/skype call to get to know each other and talk about the elopement/intimate wedding of your wildest dreams. I’ll answer all the questions that you have.

STEP TWO

Reserve your date

You decided that Caro from the Wild is the one. I’m so stoked! Next step is choosing a package and deciding on a date and a general location. Once that is decided, i’ll send you over my contract and an invoice for a 50% retainer. When the official part is all done and dusted – the fun stuff can finally begin. I’ll send you over a few questionnaires to get to know you even better and then we’ll start planning your elopement or intimate wedding.

STEP THREE

Let’s craft your big adventure

Together we’ll craft the elopement or intimate wedding of your dreams. A wedding that is completely customized to your needs. A wedding that is you to the T. Cause that’s what you deserve. After you book me I’ll send you my *exclusive* Elopement & Intimate Wedding Guide to get you started on dreaming up your special day. Then I’ll jump on board to assist you in looking for locations & vendors and help you decide what to do on your wedding day. You can also ask me anything, I’m here for you!

 

STEP FOUR

Have the best day ever!

Seriously, you’ll have the best day ever. We set everything up for it to be just that. It’s time for big smiles, rib-crushing hugs, long kisses and whispering dirty little words in each others ears. I will adventure alongside you for the entire day and document all the stolen & big moments. I’ve got you! You just have to enjoy every single moment from your truly magical day so you can remember it forever. 

 
 

 

 
 

STEP FIVE

Relive your day forever

After your wedding day, I’ll start processing your photos and once they’re finished (within 6 to 8 weeks) I’ll send them over in your private online gallery for you to relive your magical wedding day, for as many times you want. One tip? Make an event out of it. Your photos deserve to be viewed with your full attention, in a place you feel comfortable and with the person or people you love.
